Please let me know you hope to pay using your insurer so we can complete the relevant paperwork prior to booking our first appointment. The cost of sessions via insurers will depend on the insurer.
Cancellations
To cancel an appointment please email or text. Cancellations up to 48 hours before your appointment are not charged.
If you cancel after 48 hours, do not attend you will be charged for the appointment in full, this is a normal practice with private therapy appointments. Appointments cannot be rearranged less than 48 hours before the appointment, this will be a cancellation.
Your time is as valuable as mine therefore if I have an emergency and need to cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment I will provide a discount on the the next appointment.
